Turbo Bowling Accessories has signed two of bowling's brightest stars to its world professional staff.
2015 U.S. Open champion Ryan Ciminelli and PBA player John Szczerbinski have found much success in bowling using Turbo products, and both also are highly respected on the PBA Tour for integrity and character. They are the newest of more than 400 top bowlers around the world representing the Turbo Bowling Accessories brand.
"The Turbo brand is built upon innovation and quality, which is sustained by integrity and commitment,” said Turbo President, Lori Mraz, in a press release. “Our pro staff is an extension of those values. We're delighted to welcome Ryan and John to our team. They're developing into professionals at the highest level of our sport. We look forward to watching them continue to shine under the Turbo brand."
Ciminelli, from Cheektowaga, N.Y., owns four PBA titles after winning his first major crown at the recent U.S. Open in Garland, Texas. He also won the PBA Xtra Frame South Point Open earlier this year in Las Vegas.
Szczerbinski, of Tonawanda, N.Y., made his mark as an All-American and national champion at Wichita State University, and as a five-time member of Team USA. He joined the tour in 2010 and is considered one of its rising stars. He finished second in the 2015 PBA Kingdom of Bahrain International Championship.
"I would like to thank Lori Mraz, Chris Sand and Carolyn Dorin-Ballard for reaching out to me and giving me this opportunity," said Szczerbinski. "It's an honor to be given this chance to build a long and successful relationship with Turbo."
