Storm Adds Hoskins as Technical Customer Service Rep

Storm Products has announced the hiring of Alex Hoskins as Technical Customer Service Representative.

Hoskins is passionate about bowling, and has been part of the bowling industry his entire life, constantly working to learn as much as he can about the sport. He has competed on the lanes since he was a youth bowler, and began working in a bowling center in 2008.

In 2012, Hoskins opened his own pro shop so that he could share his knowledge of bowling with others and help them improve their games. He was responsible for all administrative aspects of the shop, including marketing, placing orders, invoicing and other accounting duties, in addition to drilling the equipment. His business and strong reputation in the area grew every year. Hoskins also studied Business Administration in Management at Idaho State University to continue to grow professionally.

“At Storm, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service with every interaction,” Steve Kloempken, the company’s Executive Director of Marketing, said. “Alex is very knowledgeable and passionate about the sport of bowling, and we are very excited to add him to our team.”

Hoskins continues to compete on the lanes. He has bowled at the state, regional and national level across the United States. The skills that he learns off the lanes help him continue to improve as a player on the lanes. He loves to share his passion for bowling with others and will continue to help other bowlers in his new role at Storm. As the Technical Customer Service Representative, he will be able to assist the technical team in answering inquires, concerns and requests about Storm products from bowlers around the world.
