We have confirmed that the bowling world will know by Monday morning, Sept. 28, whether the Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committee officially will recommend to the International Olympic Committee that bowling be included in the 2020 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo.
Five-time PBA Tour titlist and coach with Bowling Revolutions Coaching, Bob Learn Jr., said today, "I will be keeping my fingers crossed all day" on Monday, and likely spoke for many bowling coaches throughout the world when he said that, "First of all, we're all bowlers. I think the greater desire to make the Olympics is because we're bowlers. We're all hopeful to be a part of the movement as coaches, but, simply as bowlers, getting into the Olympics is as meaningful as anything."
