The World Ranking Masters is a
culmination of the many WTBA sanctioned
tournaments that have been held during 2004.
This event
brings
together the top eight male and top eight female
point leaders from the American, Asian, and
European zones.
Those selected are invited to participate in
this event consisting of three qualifying rounds
held over three days. Only the top eight male
and top eight female bowlers will advance to the
finals, consisting of best-of-three game
matches. Then the top two male and top two
female bowlers will compete, head-to-head, for
the title of the World Ranking Masters
best male and best female bowlers for 2005.
The Venue
This will be the second time the World
Ranking Masters will be held in the United
States , both times at the Kegel Training Center
in Lake Wales , Florida, USA. The Kegel Training
Center has 12 WTBA sanctioned lanes that are
fully adjustable, allowing for the flattest
bowling surface possible. Also, all lanes are
equipped with state of the art C.A.T.S. ball
motion sensors, giving the bowler a clear view
of their shot by shot performance.
