TOURNAMENT FORMAT

The top 48 from the six-game qualifiers (primary and re-entries), will be seeded 1-48 for the final steps. (No Desperado Squad).

Final - Step 1:
Players seeded 9-48 will play six games, starting from scratch. The top 24 will continue to the final, Step 2, seeded 9-32. \Players outside the cut will be ranked 33-48, according to their results in Step 1.

Final - Step 2:
32 players (Top 8 from the qualification, seeded 1-8, and 24 players from the final - Step 1 - seeded 9-32) will play 16 matches, best of five games.
The top seeded player will meet #32, 2 - #31, etc.
The losers of these matches will be ranked 17-32 according to their results in the Final - Step 1.

Final - Step 3:
16 players (the winners from Step 2) will play eight matches, best of five games.
The lowest seeded player from qualification 1-9 and the Final - Step 1, will meet the highest seeded player from the Final - Step 1.
The losers of the matches will be ranked 9-16 according to their results in the Final - Step 1.

Final - Step 4:
Eight players (the winners from the Final - Step 3) will play four matches, best of five games.
The lowest seeded player from qualification 1-9 and the Final - Step 1, will meet the highest seeded player from Final - Step 1 or qualification 1 - 9.

Final - Step 5:
Four players (the winners from final - Step 4) will play two one-game matches.
The lowest seeded player from qualification will meet the highest seeded player from qualification.
The losers of the matches will be ranked 3-4, according to their results in Final - Step 1.

Final - Step 6:
The two players (winners from Final - Step 5) will play a one-game match.
The winner of the match will be ranked number one.
The loser of the match will be ranked number two.

Tie Rules:
In the case of a tie in the qualification or the Final - Step 1, the highest ranked player will be the player with the highest last game in the stage. If a tie still exists, the highest ranked player will be the player with the highest second last game, then the player with the highest third last game, etc.
In the case of a tie in any game in any match in the final rounds, a one ball roll-off at a full set of pins will be played, repeated until the tie is broken.
