TOP 40:

The highlight of the second round, Sunday's top 40 bowlers playing six games, was the fifth perfect game of the tournament, hit by Finland's Kai Virtanen (left) in the final game. He finished in second place, behind Anders 'Linus' Ohman of Sweden, just nine pins off the pace.

Fellow countryman Teemu Raatikainen enjoyed this strikefest, hitting 290 in his second game. This international veteran now hold fourth place.

The top 20 players, now representing jut seven nations, now return to the lanes for another six-game series which will reduce this talented field down to 12.
