WOMEN'S EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS
Straight on the heels of hosting the highly successful WTBA World Youth
Championships in Berlin, the German Bowling Federation (DBU) Tournament
Committee and a skilled band of
 volunteers
are again in full swing with the ETBF Women's European Championships.
The action this time moves to Boblingen, near Stuttgart, August 25 -
September 2, where the 22-lane, Brunswick-equipped Dream Bowl will be home for
female teams from across the European zone for nine days highly competitive
bowling and enjoyable socializing, plus their coaches, officials, supporters
and, of course, us humble members of the media.

www.ewc2006.dbu-bowling.de.
As for the European Bowling Tour, the lane maintenance and conditioning will
be carried out by Kegel.
Teams competing represent: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark,
England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia,
Norway, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, Ukraine
and Wales.
