Diandra Asbaty of the United States
(pictured) was a
woman inspired over the eight games of the
quarter-finals this morning, zooming to a 1910 pinfall for the morning and increasing her
average to 224.63.
"I completely changed my routine this
morning," she said, with a wide smile. "I got
ready in a different order this morning then
ate breakfast in a different way. This turned
out to be the right combination. When I
started bowling I used a ball that came right
out of the box, a suggestion by my husband
John. I used that for all eight games. I was
pleased with myself for not looking at the
other scores and staying patient."
