AMF Bowling Worldwide Inc. has filed a Chapter 11 petition in Richmond, Va., Bloomberg News reported this morning.
According to the report, AMF already had negotiated a reorganization plan with a majority of first-lien lenders and the landlord for a majority of its bowling centers. The bankruptcy is the second in 11 years for the company.
AMF Bowling Worldwide is not affiliated with capital equipment manufacturer QubicaAMF.
